“Dave, I don’t really like vegetables. Can I sauté them or put dressing on them? The short answer is No!”
Vegetables should not be sautéed or drowned in dressing. They’re a low calorie food that has phenomenal results for health and weight loss. Drowning veggies with high calorie oils or dressing destroys the benefits.
Try to think of the rules like when you were young watching a Public Service Announcement. This video is a great example of that:
