All the recipes are quick and easy to prepare…and VERY tasty! The emphasis is on nutritional quality, but taste has definitely not been sacrificed.
Each meal, snack or shake is loaded with lean-muscle-building protein, and most contain a generous amount of fiber (which is vital to getting that lean look, AND fiber is ‘heart-healthy’).
